Snapper Rocks is one of Australia's most celebrated right-hand point breaks, producing long, walling waves that can peel for hundreds of metres along the Superbank sandbar. A world-class wave that hosts the opening event of the WSL Championship Tour, best known for powerful, hollow barrels on the right size swell.

Parking at Snapper Rocks Reserve fills fast on good days — arrive early or walk from Rainbow Bay carpark. The Superbank can be extremely crowded when the swell is pumping.
