New South Wales
Cronulla is Sydney's southernmost surf beach and the only one accessible directly by train, offering multiple breaks along a long stretch of sand that faces northeast into Bate Bay. The main beach picks up ENE and SE swells cleanly, while the southern end sees smaller, gentler waves. A close-knit local surf culture gives the area a strong identity.
